We provide a repair service for all the equipment we sell, and for most brands of David Clark style headsets, Avcomm, ASA, DRE, Flightcom, etc. and others such as some Peltor, but not ANR (ENR) equipment.
If you have a headset that needs servicing, please contact us to arrange this before sending it.
If you have a warranty claim, you must contact us before returning the item for repair. If you send equipment that is not defective, you will be charged for testing and return shipping, so please do contact us first, as very few claims are actually equipment faults. They are often operator error.

Before sending equipment, please download our equipment fault report form, fill this in, then send it with the equipment .
